Finley turns one (I seriously just wrote ONE! eeeeek!) next week! She is turning into such a big girl, I can hardly believe all of the changes happening right before my eyes. She is so funny, outgoing, social, chatty, and FULL of personality. She isn’t afraid to ask for and take what she wants. I am so proud of her for everything she accomplishes and learns as she explores each day. She knows every nook and cranny of our house, especially the drawers!
At 11 months:
She loves her Grandpa and he teaches her fun things like clapping and fish faces. They are too cute together!
She also had a great time with our friend Lindsay who came to visit. She and Finley enjoyed their first visit to Pike Place Market. That next week Finley enjoyed watching the snow fall on all the trees in the backyard.
She refuses to eat anything off of a spoon, finger foods only please!
Turns out she loves McDonald’s french fries… we’re in trouble :-)
She loves pretty things… skirts, bows, hats, and smiles.
She is a little rock star and can shake her “bum bum” like no other!
Is learning to walk.
She loves to “help” me around the house.
She love to crawl up the stairs, and she doesn’t wait for anyone!
She is such a happy little girl!
And is even adorable when doing this… (this was her way of saying she didn’t want to eat anymore, she was tired, and for me to stop taking pictures :-) She gladly took a bath to get that chicken out of her hair and then fell asleep before I could even finish singing her our goodnight song, someone was tired that night!
We love our little peanut… to the moon, and back, again.
